1. All passengers above 6 years of age traveling to Turkey by airways will be required to fill the ''Travel Entry Form'' via http://register.health.gov.tr within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their flight to Turkey, starting from March 15, 2021.

Airline companies are required to check that this entry form is filled either from the mobile devices or in print.

2. Transit passengers and crew members are exempt from this procedure.
